These Terms & Conditions cover the Oryx Auto Studios website and our text message program. Oryx Auto Studios is a mobile window tint business run by Maximillian Vargas, serving West Covina, CA and nearby cities.

SMS Terms

Program name: Oryx Auto Studios quote and appointment texts.

What you'll get: texts about your quote request, questions about your vehicle, appointment confirmations and reminders, and a follow-up after your job. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you join: by checking the text message box on our quote form, or by texting us first at (626) 417-7299. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Most customers get a few texts per quote or appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, then no more. You can rejoin by texting START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the vehicle and options you tell us and are confirmed before any work begins. Prices may change if the vehicle or job is different from what was described, for example if old tint needs removal.

Window tint laws

California limits how dark front side windows and windshields can be. If you choose a shade that isn't street-legal, we'll review it with you and ask you to sign a tint acknowledgment before install. You're responsible for how your vehicle complies with the law.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is described on our warranty page.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
